Once you've got an account, the next step is to select your team.We've made it a bit more interactive and you'll be able to scroll through players, view data and indications of the players recent performance.

You'll have a budget with which to select your Dream XV, your Captain and your SuperSub. Player Values are based on the player performance and stats, as provided by Oval Insights, the official supplier of data to the premiership and the clubs. You'll be looking at the same data as the coaches! This means player values are dynamic and will change over the course of the season, so make sure you check your team each week so that you're still within the salary cap.

With our model, you can completely change your team each week if you want and the only restriction will be the budget cap.

As long as you have a subscription on the app, whatever your team is at the deadline, is the team that will be entered. If you haven't yet got a subscription or it has expired, then you'll need to upgrade your account or enter for free via postal entry.

Kick-off

Once the first game of the round has kicked off you will no longer be able to adjust your team, so keep an eye on the clock! Your team will then score points based on the actions they take in the game.
