Free Entry
DXV offers a free postal entry route for those wishing to enter the prize draw. Your team will be treated the same as any other entrant and will have equal opportunity to win the weekly and season prize. While you will not have access to the premium features of the app such as historic data, real time score updates and leagues this will in no way affect your eligibility for any prizes on offer.
The laws for the free entry route are the same as any other route. Read about the laws here. By entering via postal entry, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
All entries must be received before the time the first game of each round begins. This will be publicised at the beginning of each round.

How to Enter
The way that you enter is simple. You must send us, via post, the following details written clearly to ensure they are legible and on one side of a single sheet of paper or postcard. Any form of post will be accepted as long as it is received before the deadline for each round. If an entry is received after the deadline, it will be discarded, and you will be notified.
It is important that this information is written clearly and legibly, in the correct positions and within budget. Should this not be the case your team will not be accepted. Please ensure that where you enter multiple rounds that you use the same username and email address to ensure that all entries are counted correctly towards the end of season prize
Details to include
- The round you wish to enter.
- Your full name.
- Your desired username to be displayed in the ranking.
- Your email address.
- Your telephone number.
- Name of grass roots club league, list can be found here. (If you wish to enter a club league).
- Your team numbered 1 – 16 and players must be selected in the correct position and be within budget.
- 1 & 3: Props
- 2: Hooker
- 4 & 5: Second Row
- 6, 7 & 8: Back Row
- 9: Scrum Half
- 10: Fly Half
- 11, 14 & 15: Back Three
- 12 & 13: Centre
- 16: Supersub
You must also clearly indicate which player you wish to select as captain.
Submitting back up players
If you wish, you may submit “back-up” players for each position, whereby should a player not take part in their match for any reason they will be swapped with your “back-up” player.
If neither your choice, nor back up player take part in the game then the highest ranked player by price available within your budget will be selected in that position. Where this is the case for multiple positions the remaining budget will be spread evenly over the vacant positions and the highest ranked player by price, within the budget allocated to that position, will be selected.
Only one entry may be accepted from each user for each round.
Upgrading
If you later choose to upgrade and enter via the website,please ensure that you use the same username and email address which you have used for any free entries so that all scores and entries may be correctly attributed to you.
